Beautician / Therapist
- Perform body and facial treatment services according to respective Treatment SOPs.
- Provide the appropriate consultation and recommend correct treatments.
- Ensure total client satisfaction during and after each treatment.
- Build and maintain a good rapport with clients.
- Obtain feedback from client after each treatment service and report input feedback to our CRM.
- Promote and make appropriate recommendations of products to customers.
- Be responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout is our priority
- Beauty Salon experience and with Beauty Certificate from CIBTEC or CIDESCO
- Strong passion and good client service aptitude

Beauty Sales Consultants
- Act as a subject matter expert on beauty treatments, products, procedures and technology and stay up to date on developments in the wellness industry
- Engage and establish relationships with potential customers from the daily-assigned pool of leads
- Recommend treatments to customers and convert them into long-term clients with sincere attitude and professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of service
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with customers and ensure their inquiries are handled promptly
- Manage treatment appointments, phone and email enquiries and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
- Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs
- Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Passionate with the wellness industry with amicable attitude
- No prior beauty experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided
- Manage one or more outlets, ensuring operational readiness at all times
- Lead and motivate a team of Consultants and Beauticians to maximise sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards and sales goals.

Scalp Consultant / Scalp Therapist
- Perform professional hair scalp analysis and treatment for clients
- Customise treatment package according to client’s scalp condition
- Regular scalp check for clients
- Perform hands-on treatment
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures
- Fill out necessary reports or data at the end of each session.
- Attends and participates in continuing education on upgrading treatment techniques.
- Provide relevant support when necessary, e.g., attending external events, workshops, road shows, fashion and hair shows, etc.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hair treatment/relevant industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work in retail hours, weekend and public holiday
Content Marketing and Communications Executive
- Responsible for coming up with strategies for effective production and implementation of niche-based marketing efforts that enhances engagement and that moves potential clients through the sales cycle.
- The role also entails writing blog articles; curate articles for electronic mailers, press releases as well as carry out execution of promotional and educational videos.
- Expected to uphold the company’s brand across various channels such as the social media and websites by working with internal and external stakeholders to create the relevant content.
- Should have a good understanding of sales/CRM platforms as well as the ability to use various social media platforms to promote and deliver the company’s messages effectively to the public. Preferably should have the skills to produce search engine friendly content that apply relevant metadata, backlinks and keywords.
- Expected to see projects through end to end including effective time management.
- Degree in Communications & New Media, Mass Communication or relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in working on creative projects which may include brand and content development, developing and executing integrated marketing and digital campaigns.
- Good written and spoken English language skills, grammar skills will be essential
